Argoshift ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Pure Radio Pro mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
1. Information Collection and Use Pure Radio Pro is built as a privacy-first utility application. We do not collect, store, or share any personal identification information (PII) on external servers. Any data generated by your usage—such as your favorite radio stations, application settings, and UI preferences (Dark/Light mode)—is processed and stored strictly locally on your device using a secure sandbox environment (Room Database). We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to us or any third party.
2. Permissions & Data Usage To deliver its core streaming features and background audio playback, Pure Radio Pro requires the following system permissions and network accesses:
Network Access (Internet): Required to fetch live audio streams, station metadata, and country flags from the public, free Radio Browser API. This access is also utilized to display advertisements via Google AdMob. No personal profile information is ever attached to these network requests.
Foreground Service & Notifications: Used exclusively to keep the audio stream playing reliably in the background while you use other apps. The notification permission allows the app to display a native system media player (with Play/Pause/Next controls and station metadata) directly in your notification tray.
Audio Routing / Headset Status: The app checks for the presence of a connected headset to display appropriate status information in the FM Tuner settings section. It does not record audio or access your microphone.
3. Third-Party Service Providers We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service and optimize ad delivery. These third parties only handle non-identifiable data (such as the Android Advertising ID) to provide personalized ads and essential services.

4. Data Security & Local Storage We prioritize your privacy. Because we do not use cloud databases or remote servers to manage your profile, you are in total control of your local data storage. Clearing the app's cache or data via your Android settings will permanently erase your saved favorite stations.
5. No In-App Purchases Pure Radio Pro is a 100% free application supported by ad monetization. We do not facilitate any in-app financial transactions, and therefore we do not collect, process, or store any credit card, bank account, or billing information.
6. Children's Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect code updates or platform requirements. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective immediately when they are posted.
