Due to a home football game on Saturday, November 14, hotel rates will likely be higher than usual. Consider asking whether your hotel can hold your luggage during the day Friday if you plan to depart Friday evening.
Here are some hotels we recommend based on availability and rates. Our top recommendation is the Georgia Center Hotel, which is located on campus and gives a discounted rate using this Group Booking Link (group code 97559). Please note: hotel rooms at the Georgia Center under our block are only guaranteed until October 31st, so please book by then.
Note: the rates below are as of September 24 and may have changed since then.

To help reduce costs, we will provide a shuttle service to above Athens hotels (not Atlanta). Our department van holds only 12 passengers. If you are willing and have the means to provide your own transportation to the event, please do so. Please email hailey.bos@uga.edu (Hailey Bos, Event Manager) if you intend to utilize the shuttle service.
