Delete User Data Instructions

1. Using the app for account deletion is the recommended process. If you are logged-in to multiple devices using one account, please log out from these devices except for one device. This remaining device will be used to initiate the deletion process. 

2. In the App, go to "Settings" -> "Delete User"

3. The App will prompt you to Re-Authenticate by logging in back. This is normal since Google requires logging back within 5 minutes if performing Account sensitive actions.

4. A prompt will ask you to confirm if the shown User Account is the desired account to delete.

5. When confirmed, the App will initiate the account deletion process. "Account deletion process" refers to the association of the User's Account used with Radika Radio. This means that the User's Account such as the Google account used to logged-in to Radika Radio, would be disassociated with Radika Radio. Information such as email and all Favorited or Liked media and other user input info are to be deleted from Radika Radio's database. Any legible information that can be associated with the account is deleted. For more information on this, please see Privacy Policy.

6. Uninstall the App from all devices.

Deleting a Radika Radio User Account by using the App is the recommended course of action. However, users can submit an online account deletion request form. Do note that this request process may be delayed and cannot be reverted.
