Radika Radio App accesses a directory of media, which are aggregated from the public, such as radios and podcasts in which Radika does not claim ownership of any kind. See Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

If you believe that content available on the directory of media infringes on your copyright, please submit a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notice by providing the information below to our designated email at support@radikavent.freshdesk.com. Please note that we will only process DMCA notices that comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Please include "DMCA" in the title.

• Your full legal name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including the URL(s) or the name(s) of the media.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

• Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content as provided for in the DMCA. Procedural and or time constraints may exist in the effective manner of handling DMCA notice. For more info.
