This Privacy Policy explains how Radiant Keyboard: LED Themes (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you install or use the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. KEYBOARD INPUT PRIVACY
Radiant Keyboard: LED Themes provides keyboard themes, fonts, emojis, stickers, typing effects, sounds, and keyboard customization features.
We do not collect, record, store, transmit, or share the content you type through the keyboard.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Passwords
• Payment or banking information
• Private messages
• Search queries
• Email content
• Phone numbers
• Addresses
• Personal conversations
• Other text entered through the keyboard
Keyboard input is processed locally on your device as necessary to provide typing functionality.
The App is not designed to operate as a keylogger and does not use typed content for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking.
Android may display a standard warning when enabling a third-party keyboard. This warning is shown by the Android operating system for all third-party input methods and does not mean that the App collects everything you type.
2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Although we do not collect keyboard input content, the App and its third-party service providers may process limited technical, diagnostic, advertising, and usage information.
This information may include:
• Device model and manufacturer
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Device language and general region
• App instance identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• IP address
• Network information
• App interactions and feature usage
• Theme, font, sticker, or effect selections
• Advertising impressions and interactions
• Crash reports and diagnostic information
• Performance and stability information
This information is used to operate, maintain, analyze, secure, and improve the App, as well as to display and measure advertisements.
3. PHOTOS AND CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS
The App may allow you to select a photo or image from your device and use it as a custom keyboard background.
The App accesses only the photo or image you select or authorize.
Selected images are used to create and display your customized keyboard. They are normally processed and stored locally on your device.
We do not use your personal photos for advertising or sell them to third parties.
You may remove a custom background through the App, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
4. MICROPHONE AND VOICE INPUT
If voice typing is available, the App may request access to your microphone when you actively choose to use that feature.
Microphone access is not activated for ordinary keyboard use.
Voice input may be processed by the speech recognition service provided by your device, operating system, or another service selected on your device. Such processing is governed by the privacy policy of the applicable speech recognition provider.
We do not intentionally store audio recordings created through voice input.
You may disable microphone access at any time through your device settings.
5. PERMISSIONS
Depending on your device, Android version, and the features you use, the App may request the following permissions or system access:
Input Method Access
Required for the App to function as a keyboard. The App does not collect or transmit the content you type.
Photos or Media Access
Used only when you choose an image for a custom keyboard background, sticker, or related customization feature.
Microphone Access
Used only when you initiate voice typing or another feature that requires audio input.
Internet Access
Used to download themes, fonts, stickers, effects, configuration data, advertisements, and app updates, and to provide analytics and crash reporting.
Notifications
If enabled, notifications may be used to inform you about new themes, content updates, feature changes, or important service information.
You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function properly without the permissions required for those features.
6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information processed by the App or its service providers may be used to:
• Provide and maintain keyboard features
• Download themes, fonts, stickers, and effects
• Save your preferences and customizations
• Improve App performance and stability
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems
• Understand how features are used
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Display, personalize, and measure advertisements
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Respond to support and privacy requests
We do not use the content you type to build advertising profiles or personalize advertisements.
7. ADVERTISING
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from network information, ad impressions, and interactions with advertisements.
Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required, the App may display a consent form that allows you to manage advertising and privacy choices.
You may also manage advertising personalization through your Android or Google account settings.
We do not sell the content you type or your private keyboard input to advertisers.
8. ANALYTICS, ATTRIBUTION, AND CRASH REPORTING
The App may use third-party services to understand App performance, measure advertising campaigns, diagnose errors, and improve features.
These services may include:
• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google Firebase Crashlytics
• Meta or Facebook SDK
• AppsFlyer
These providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, general device information, app interactions, installation information, attribution data, advertising events, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
These third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and legal terms.
We recommend reviewing the privacy information provided by Google, Firebase, Meta, and AppsFlyer for additional details about their data practices and available privacy controls.
9. STICKERS, THEMES, AND DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
The App may connect to remote servers to display or download keyboard themes, fonts, stickers, effects, sounds, and other content.
When you access downloadable content, technical information such as your IP address, device type, App version, language, requested content, and download status may be processed to deliver the requested content and maintain service reliability.
10. INFORMATION SHARING
We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
Information may be processed by advertising, analytics, attribution, hosting, content delivery, crash reporting, and technical service providers that support the App.
Legal Requirements
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the App.
Business Transfers
If the App or its associated business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell typed content, passwords, private messages, personal photos, or voice recordings.
11. DATA RETENTION
Keyboard preferences, downloaded content, and custom backgrounds may be stored locally on your device until you remove them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
Technical, advertising, analytics, attribution, and diagnostic information may be retained by third-party providers for periods determined by their own policies and legal obligations.
We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
12. DATA DELETION
You can remove locally stored information by:
• Removing custom backgrounds or downloaded content within the App
• Clearing the App’s cache or storage through Android settings
• Resetting the keyboard settings
• Uninstalling the App

Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or stored in anonymized or aggregated form.
Requests involving information controlled directly by third-party service providers may need to be submitted to the applicable provider.

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13 or the minimum legal age required in the user’s jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through keyboard input.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review and address the request.
15. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission, device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and accounts.
16. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The App and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
These countries may have different data protection laws.
