I am an Economist in the Fiscal Affairs team at the International Monetary Fund.
Previously, I worked on poverty and climate change at Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (World Bank); on estimation of social cost of carbon at the economics department at the University of Chicago; agriculture and macro-fiscal issues for African economies at the Brookings Institution; and as a country economist with the International Growth Centre in Rwanda.
