Radhika A holds a postgraduate degree from Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from NSS Training College, Ottapalam. With 14 years of teaching experience, she has contributed to various Arts and Science Colleges, including those affiliated with Calicut University Centres in Lakshadweep, MES Arts and Science College in Perinthalmanna, as well as Government Higher Secondary Schools in Perinthalmanna and Kadungapuram.
Currently she is pursuing her career as an Assistant Professor of English at Al Shifa Arts qnd Science College, Perinthalmanna.
Her academic pursuits extend beyond teaching, as evidenced by her publications and presentations at national and international seminars. Radhika A is particularly interested in Women's Studies, demonstrating a passion for advancing this field. She has offered sessions on Flipped Classes at Ambedkar College, Wandoor, and conducted Research Methodology sessions at MES Key Vee Yam College and Majlis Arts and Science College in Valanchery.
