Radhika A is a dedicated academician with a postgraduate degree from Government Victoria College, Palakkad, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from NSS Training College, Ottapalam. With over 14 years of teaching experience, she has served in various reputed institutions, including Arts and Science Colleges affiliated with the University of Calicut, its centres in Lakshadweep, MES Arts and Science College, Perinthalmanna, and Government Higher Secondary Schools in Perinthalmanna and Kadungapuram.
Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor of English at Al Shifa Arts and Science College, Perinthalmanna. Alongside her teaching career, she has actively engaged in academic research, with several publications and presentations at national and international seminars. Her primary area of interest lies in Women’s Studies, reflecting her commitment to exploring and promoting gender-focused academic discourse.
Radhika A has also contributed to academic development through invited sessions, including workshops on Flipped Classroom pedagogy at Ambedkar College, Wandoor, and Research Methodology sessions at MES Key Vee Yam College and Majlis Arts and Science College, Valanchery. In addition, she has made notable contributions as an editor, having edited the book Omanapoo: A Rereading on Women-Centered Literature.
