TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES AND OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION.
GENERAL:
1. Credit facilities are unavailable.
2. Purchased item shall be delivery only after realization of the amount.
3. Terms and conditions are subjected to change in market policies. Changes shall be made when
deemed necessary.
4. For any sales/purchase above 2lacs in a single day, or related to same product on multiple days, a
copy of PAN card is mandatory and with a copy of Aadhar Card.
5. Any sales or purchase on or after 01-04-2022 Radharani will acknowledge computer generated invoices only
6. All matters are subjected to Jalpaiguri jurisdiction only.
7. We don’t sell Sakha, for any orders customers must bring their own Sakha.
8. Order will be confirmed through phone or in person only after the realization of payment by the sales executive.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Customers must produce the original Memo to demand return. Also customer whose name is
mentioned in the bill must be present at the time of return.
2. If original/appropriate bill is not produced the transaction shall fall under Exchange.
3. In case of RETURN or EXCHANGE, the amount discounted during Sales shall be deducted form buy
back value.
4. Exchange of non Radharani jewellery shall take place in accordance of formulated Terms and Conditions of Radharani.
5. The exchange/purchase of non Radharani Jewellery is subjected to the discretion of Radharani.
6. RETURN
a. Goods once sold must be returned within 7days(one week) from the day of purchase
otherwise it will fall under EXCHANGE policy.
b. The jewellery must be intact i.e. it must not be tampered, altered broken, mishandled,
alteration of colour due to excessive use of perfumes or other chemicals.
c. Customers will receive rupees ten thousand in cash, and balance amount will be transferred through bank
7. EXCHANGE
a. Balance will not be refunded in case of exchange.
b. Customers must submit a SELF DECLARATION form if exchange value exceeds 50 thousand
rupees if Radharani’s invoice is not produced. Also exchange value will be determined with
respect to lab reports and nominal service charge shall be charged.
c. Rate calculated as per the respective dates of deposit and sales.
ADVANCE/RECEIPTS/CUSTOMER ORDER/ MONTHLY INSTALLMENT
1. Rate shall be fixed when full amount of Gold is realized(i.e. making charge excluded).
2. Customers must collect their ready ordered items within 30 days from the declared delivery date.
3. The weight of ordered items may fluctuate 10% to 15% of the estimated weight.
4. No alteration is possible after order is confirmed.
5. If instalment program is discontinued balance cannot be refunded, it must be utilized for future purchases.
