My research effort has an integrated approach combining mathematical and theoretical physics to develop HPC based computational solutions for problems in quantum information sciences (QIS). The overarching theme of my research is simulation of quantum systems, using quantum walks framework, on classical and quantum devices. The research team consisting of postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and contractors that develop solutions for challenging problems in QIS in collaboration with academic faculty and industry partners. My projects fall under three broad categories of open quantum systems, quantum computing and communication (walks, and games), and quantum machine learning.
