These are a few of the organizations I have picked. This does not mean you must pick a racial justice organization from this list as there are sadly, too many to choose from. You can choose any organization you would like to donate to.

SURJ Northern Virginia

SURJ is an abbreviation of "Showing Up For Racial Justice". SURJ NOVA is a chapter of the SURJ movement. SURJ connects people across the country and moves people to act as a part of a multiracial movement for justice with passion. They support Black Lives Matter-DC, Black Youth Project 100, and DC Justice for Muslims, along with many other organizations.

Black Lives Matter

Black Lives Matter is an organization that supports and fights for black lives and the respect they deserve. They are a radical group of black artists, strategists, healers, and builders trying to make a better future for themselves. They have organized protests all over the country, including DC.

Black Youth Project 100

BYP 100 is an organization of black youth activists making justice for all black people. They fight for freedom to make a better future for black people.

United We Dream

United We Dream helps immigrants fight for their rights and for a good future. They empower people to develop their leadership and to make their own campaigns to help other immigrants fight for their justice.

Black Girls Code

Black Girls Code is an organization that provides coding and STEM opportunities to you and pre-teen girls of color. They introduce technology and coding to a new generation of coders.
