Draft legislation and local policy initiatives related to fair wages for incarcerated workers in California
Manage the National, California, and Los Angeles Living Wage for All coalitions, which aim to advance wage increases for all workers, including incarcerated workers

Served as the Organizing Director for a Black voter mobilization effort to reinstate affirmative action in California
Led recruitment and virtual training for over 100 volunteers and led text bank outreach to over 350,000 voters
Organized two online rallies during the COVID-19 pandemic featuring local community leaders and elected officials

Co-facilitated 2 virtual strategic planning sessions with 15 ACLU of Nevada employees
Developed a 5-year strategic plan for the organization’s staff and board members

Conducted a landscape analysis of juvenile and adult restitution practices and outlined opportunities for reform
Provided recommendations for future research and strategic impact investment

Served as the census outreach liaison to community partners in all 12 counties of the Bay Area Region
Conducted trainings and facilitated meetings with families and partners on the importance of the 0 to 5 census count
Collaborated with My Black Counts on census outreach strategy in California's Black and Latinx communities
