I am interested in the combinatorial theory of the totally nonnegative Grassmannian. Informally, I use graphs and diagrams to answer geometric questions about the space of matrices with nonnegative minor determinants.

I am an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.

From Fall 2016 to Spring 2019, I was a Zassenhaus Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University, where my mentor was Angélica Cueto.

I received my Ph.D. from University of Michigan in 2016. My advisor was Thomas Lam.
