Correctional Facilities

I have been working as full time as a correctional officer since May, 2021. As a correctional officer, my role is to supervise inmates with emotional disorder in an effective, and fair manner due to trauma. As an officer, Initiate and participate in the searching of inmates and their housing units and work areas for safety. This role has utilize the valve of effective and good communication, ability to protect inmates from dangers and problem solver between the officers and inmates.

Indiana Mentor Network

As a direct support professional, my role is to perform health evaluation including taking vital signs, weight check to ensure client's health status are up to date. I have been working with Mentor Network since July 2012, I provide safe and reliable transportation for client errands, social outings, and other appointments. Some time i served as an advocate for the clients and families during conversation with provider. In my job, I believe everyone deserves to live a full, independent life, and the best place to do that is their home and community.
