Those who wish to join us!
We have suggested you to check the lab introductory guide on the JAIST website or the education policy (on-campus use only) to see what I expect from you and my teaching policy. From there, you can see our research themes and what you can expect to learn from us through our lab activities.
If we both have common interest and you are satisfied with our lab policy, please feel free to contact us via email. We will schedule a meeting (offline/online) for you and introduce our activities and desired goals. During the meeting, you can also discuss your research interest and backgrounds to see if we both can be a good fit or not. Bear in mind that Racharak is an easy-to-talk person. Thus, please feel easy to contact him.
Below is the application guideline and examination schedule for the Master program:
Due to the lab capacity, we might not be able to accommodate all the applicants. However, those who have obtained Informal Laboratory Assignment before Enrollment will be assigned to the lab with priority.
Note that applicants of "Admission on Recommendation for Overseas Residents" are required to obtain an informal consent of acceptance from their intended supervisor prior to the formal application. Hence, those who successfully passed the examination will be assigned to the laboratory of their intended supervisor without using "Informal Laboratory Assignment before Enrollment".
