Race Start Reaction is a reaction-time game inspired by the five-light starting sequence used in racing. It measures a player’s tap response time, stores local progress history on the device, optionally submits scores to Apple Game Center, and displays advertisements to players who have not activated the optional Remove Ads subscription.

This Privacy Policy explains how Kagan Harputlu (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”) handles information in the Race Start Reaction mobile application (“Application”). The Application is available for iPhone and iPad. It is an entertainment game and is not a medical, diagnostic, or professional performance-measurement service.
The Application stores certain game information locally on your device, including your personal best, completed-game count, reaction attempts, false-start records, progress history, pending Game Center score submissions, onboarding state, selected Light or Dark appearance, and the local status of the optional Remove Ads entitlement.
This locally stored game information is used to provide the Application’s features. We do not operate a developer-owned server that receives your local progress history or personal best. Local data may remain on your device until you delete the Application or otherwise remove the Application’s local data through the operating system.
Game Center is optional. You can play the core reaction test without signing in to Game Center.
If you choose to sign in, the Application may send your reaction-time score, expressed in milliseconds, to Apple Game Center and may display global leaderboard information supplied by Game Center. Apple manages the Game Center account, authentication, player identity, rankings, and leaderboard service. We do not receive your Apple Account password. The Application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements to players who do not have an active Remove Ads entitlement.
Depending on the user’s device, region, consent choices, and applicable settings, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as an IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, device or advertising identifiers, diagnostic information, performance information, ad impressions, and interactions with advertisements. Google may use this information to provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertising and the SDK, subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices.

Where required, the Application uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent before requesting advertisements. Depending on the device and region, a privacy message may be shown when the Application starts. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, the Application shows Privacy Options in Settings so that users can revisit their advertising privacy choices.
On supported production versions of iOS, the Application may request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework. You may allow or deny this permission. Your choice affects whether tracking authorization is available for advertising purposes; it does not prevent you from playing the core game.

The Application offers one optional auto-renewable Remove Ads subscription. The subscription removes the Application’s banner and interstitial advertisements while the subscription entitlement is active. The core reaction test and Progress History do not require a subscription.
Apple processes the App Store purchase and billing. RevenueCat is used to securely manage subscription information, validate purchase status, and provide the Application with the active premium entitlement. RevenueCat may process technical and transaction-related information needed to provide these services. We do not receive your complete payment-card details through the Application.

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate technical problems, handle privacy questions, and improve support. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
We do not sell your local game history or personal best. Information may be processed by the third-party providers required to operate the features described above, including Apple Game Center and App Store services, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform, and RevenueCat. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the Application and its users, investigate abuse or fraud, or enforce these terms.
Local game history and settings remain on your device until you delete the Application or remove its local data through the operating system. If you have contacted us by email, we retain the correspondence only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.
For information processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, deletion and access options may need to be handled under the applicable provider’s procedures. You may contact us at harputlukagan@icloud.com and we will explain which provider is responsible for the relevant information where reasonably possible.
The Application is not specifically designed as a children’s service and does not ask players to create an account or submit personal information to us. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Advertising and consent handling may vary by region and device. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us through support email, contact us so that we can review the request.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the Application to protect information handled through our support process. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Third-party services apply their own security practices to information they process.
The Application and this page may link to Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other third-party websites. We do not control those websites and their own privacy policies and terms apply when you use them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, its services, or applicable requirements change. We will update the “Effective Date” or “Last Updated” date on this page when we publish a material change. Continued use of the Application after an update means that you have had an opportunity to review the updated policy.

These Terms of Use (“Terms” ) govern your use of the Race Start Reaction mobile application (“Application”) provided by Kagan Harputlu (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Race Start Reaction is an entertainment game that measures the time between the in-game lights going out and the player’s tap. Results are intended for personal improvement and game leaderboard comparison only. The Application is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment service, driving aid, professional timing instrument, or guarantee of real-world reaction performance.
Do not use the Application while driving, operating machinery, or participating in an activity that requires your full attention.
The Application presents a five-light race-start sequence. You tap START, wait for all five lights to go out, and tap as quickly as possible. A tap before the lights go out is recorded as a False Start. Progress History, personal bests, recent attempts, average results, and related statistics are stored locally on your device.
The Application supports Light and Dark appearance settings and runs on iPhone and iPad. Game Center participation is optional.
The core reaction test and Progress History are available without a subscription. Players without an active Remove Ads entitlement may see banner advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Interstitial advertisements may be shown after qualifying completed attempts, subject to ad availability, consent status, region, frequency limits, cooldowns, and technical conditions.
Advertising is supplied by Google AdMob. Google’s terms and privacy practices apply to information processed by Google.
The Application offers an optional auto-renewable weekly Remove Ads subscription. When the subscription entitlement is active, the Application hides its banner and interstitial advertisements.
The price, currency, renewal details, and any applicable taxes are shown in the Apple purchase interface before confirmation. Payment is charged to the Apple Account used for the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled through Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal and does not normally provide a refund for the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies.
RevenueCat provides subscription entitlement management for the Application; Apple remains the App Store billing provider.
Game Center is an Apple service and is optional for playing the Application. If you sign in to Game Center, the Application may submit your reaction-time score in milliseconds to the global Fastest Reaction Times leaderboard and display Game Center ranking information.
You must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, automate, exploit, or interfere with leaderboard scores or the Game Center service. Apple’s Game Center terms and policies apply to your use of Game Center.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not reverse-engineer, tamper with, disrupt, overload, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its services, its advertisements, its purchase flow, or Game Center. You must not use methods intended to create fraudulent scores or bypass subscription, advertising, or security controls.
The Application, its software, design, graphics, sounds, text, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Application or its content.
The Application depends on third-party services, including Apple App Store and Game Center services, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform, and RevenueCat. Those services may have separate terms, availability limitations, privacy practices, and technical requirements. The Service Provider does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or content supplied by them.
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We aim to maintain a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the Application, advertisements, Game Center, leaderboard, subscription validation, or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or region.
Reaction-time results may be affected by device hardware, display technology, operating-system behavior, touch processing, background activity, network conditions, and other factors. Results should not be treated as a guaranteed measurement of real-world performance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application or these Terms when reasonably necessary. We may restrict access to the Application if a user materially violates these Terms or attempts to abuse the Application or its services. Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
