About the Show 

Synopsis 

Within the coastal beauty of Chamberlain, Maine sits the terrifying story of Carrie White. Carrie, a 16-17 year old high schooler riddled with fear and anxiety caused by years of bullying as well as the weight of living in an abusive religious household, has recently discovered that she has telekinetic powers. After some students play a cruel prank on Carrie on prom night, she decides to harness her powers for revenge.

Visit my sister Michelle Sprague at the Wadleigh Library here in Milford, NH to check out the book by Stephen King and the1970s movie adaption directed by Brian De Palma from the library to see where the inspiration comes from for the musical!

(You are welcome to check out the 2013 movie adaption of Carrie as well but we will be pulling less inspiration from that one. However, if you want the lore, go for it.)
