Welcome to my website. My name is Rabia Fatima (PhD). I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan. In addition, I earned my PhD in Economics and Business from the University of Cagliari in Italy, a journey that broadened my horizons and deepened my expertise. I am currently a Lecturer in Sustainable Transition in Finance at the International School of Business and a researcher at the Center of International Business and Research (CIBR) at HAN University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands.

With over seven years of university teaching and research experience, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights with the next generation of leaders and researchers. My research interests are firmly rooted in the areas of social and sustainable finance, alternative finance, impact investing, social impact bonds, social taxonomy, and climate risk. These subjects are not just my academic pursuits; they represent my commitment to addressing critical global social and/or environmental challenges and fostering positive change.
