I'm an architectural designer with over 8 years of international experience, driven by a passion for creating spaces that respond thoughtfully to their environment and the people who inhabit them. My work spans residential, healthcare, institutional, and commercial projects, where I've guided designs from initial site analysis through construction completion. I graduated with a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Arizona's College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) in May 2025, building upon a decade of architectural expertise that began with my Bachelor of Architecture degree from Khulna University, Bangladesh in 2014.
What motivates me most is Biophilic Design: Health and Well-Being in the Built Environment, the intersection of Humane- Nature Relationship, climate-responsive design and sustainability—principles I've honed through advanced study, research and real-world application. I believe great architecture should enhance quality of life while respecting our planet's resources.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading collaborative teams and mentoring emerging designers, always striving to bring out the best in those around me. I approach each project as a storyteller, using advanced tools like Rhino- Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, VR and 3D visualization software to create compelling visuals to translate complex ideas into designs that resonate with clients, partners, and communities.
Currently, I'm working toward my NCARB licensure and LEED GA, WELL AP certification, committed to continuously expanding my expertise and contributing meaningfully to the built environment.
My architectural philosophy has evolved through both academic and professional experiences, leading me to view design as an interdisciplinary endeavor that addresses both present needs and future challenges. I firmly believe that exceptional solutions emerge from collaboration, driven by passion, innovation, and sensitivity to human needs and environmental sustainability.
My expertise centers on Biophilic Design, Data Driven and Evidence Based, Human Centered Design, Healthcare and Institutional Design, Universal and Inclusive Design, and promoting Health and Well-being in the Built Environment. To complement my architectural studies, I've pursued a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing Science (RSS). These powerful analytical tools enhance my understanding of how our built environment impacts the planet and helps inform more sustainable design decisions.
My journey from Bangladesh to pursuing advanced studies in the United States represents a significant personal and professional transition. While challenging, this experience has fostered tremendous growth and resilience. I've embraced this change with positivity, viewing each challenge as an opportunity for development.
Looking forward, I am energized by opportunities to engage with communities and contribute to positive change through thoughtful, data driven, sustainable design solutions. Even small improvements can create meaningful impact, and I'm committed to being part of that transformation.
