I am an Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Green University of Bangladesh. I am alway a naturally curious person who is willing to explore new ideas and overcome any challenges. During my academic research work, I delved into several domains of Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Bio-informatics as well as developed a strong interest in these domains. My current and previous research work is deeply focused on utilizing machine learning for disease classification, particularly using image data and high-dimensional microarray gene expression datasets. To enhance the accuracy and robustness of the models, various advanced techniques such as feature engineering, hybrid model architectures, ensemble learning, and model optimization methods have been emplyed. In addition to classification, my work extends into biomarker identification through bioinformatics approaches, which include performing gene ontology and pathway analysis to uncover crucial biological insights linked to diseases.
I am also an active member of the JnU-Emerging Technologies Research Lab at Jagannath University, where I collaborate on research involving ML and data science. Moreover, I am involved with the AI and Machine Learning Cell at Green University of Bangladesh, contributing to various research initiatives.
Additionally, I am passionate to explore other domains of computer science, including AI, Computer Vision, HCI, and more, driven by my constant curiosity for the unexplored. I would like to enrich my knowledge & make meaningful contributions to the expansive research landscape of Computer Science.
