1. About Rabbit Skater

Dev.Zenith ("we", "us", or "our") provides Rabbit Skater as a free mobile game. This policy explains the user data that the app and the third-party services embedded in it may collect, use, and share. Rabbit Skater does not require users to create an account or sign in to play.

2. Information Collected and Shared

The following disclosures describe data that may be processed when the app is used, including by advertising and measurement SDKs:

• Approximate location — Collected and shared. The general area of a device may be inferred from its IP address or other network information; this is not a request for precise GPS location.

• Crash logs — Collected, but not disclosed as shared in the app's Google Play Data safety form. These may include technical details about crashes and errors.

• Diagnostics — Collected and shared. These may include app performance, technical status, error information, and related diagnostic measurements.

• App interactions — Collected and shared. These may include use of the game, interactions with in-app advertisements, and related events.

• Device or other IDs — Collected and shared. These may include device identifiers and advertising identifiers used by integrated advertising services.

Data may be sent directly from the app to third-party SDK providers. We do not necessarily receive or store all of the information processed by those providers.

3. Why the Information Is Used

Data is processed as applicable for advertising or marketing, advertisement delivery and performance measurement, analytics and app improvement, and fraud prevention, security, or compliance. Crash logs are collected for analytics, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement. Processing purposes can differ by data type and service provider.

The app uses third-party services that transmit data over encrypted network connections. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party service providers may store data for periods described in their own policies. Because different providers and legal requirements apply, we do not claim one retention period for every data type.

6. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may manage advertising and privacy preferences through the controls available in your Android device and through the relevant third-party providers. Resetting or limiting advertising identifiers may affect personalized advertising but may not prevent all data processing needed for advertising, analytics, or security. Rabbit Skater does not offer an in-app account deletion function because it does not offer user accounts.
