1. Introduction

Welcome to Raay Fluency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Our application requires certain permissions and uses specific technologies to provide its core functionalities:

RECORD_AUDIO Permission: We require access to your device's record audio strictly for listening and converting audio to text only and we are not saving or sending your audio data to third party and it is only used in app without any savings .

Authentication & Premium Status: We use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore strictly to securely verify your identity, manage your premium status, and track your daily usage quotas (e.g., progress of the finished lessons). Only your unique user ID (UID) and email are securely processed for this purpose.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

We offer a PRO version and premium features through in-app purchases. All payment transactions are securely processed by third-party app store providers (such as Google Play Billing). We do not collect, process, or store your financial information, such as credit card numbers. We only securely store the status of your subscription to ensure you have access to premium features across your devices.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process information to provide their respective functionalities:

• Google Play Services & Google Play Billing

• Google AdMob: To serve personalized or non-personalized ads to free-tier users.

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: To monitor app performance and improve stability.

5. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Your backups remain entirely within your personal Google account infrastructure.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Raay Fluency app, you can do so easily.

How to request account and data deletion: 

• Method 1 (In-App): Open the Raay Fluency app, navigate to Settings, tap on "Delete Account," and follow the on-screen prompts.

• Method 2 (Via Email): Send an email to raayapp.suport@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request - Raay Fluency". Please send the email from the address associated with your Google Sign-In account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Types of data that will be deleted:

• Your User ID and authentication data (Google Sign-In association).

• All tracks of finished lessons .

• Your app usage history and preferences.

Data Retention: Once the deletion process is completed, all your personal data and files are permanently removed from our active servers. We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion request is fulfilled.
