Raay Scanner Account and Data Deletion Policy 

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Raay Scanner app, you can do so easily.

How to request account and data deletion: Method 1 (In-App): Open the Raay Scanner app, go to Settings, and tap on "Delete Account". Follow the on-screen prompts. Method 2 (Via Email): Send an email to raayapp.suport@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please send the email from the address associated with your Raay Scanner (Google Sign-In) account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Types of data that will be deleted:

• Your User ID and authentication data (Google Sign-In association).

• All scanned documents, images, and PDFs synced to our cloud services.

• Your app usage history and preferences.

Data Retention: Once the deletion process is completed, all your personal data and files are permanently removed from our active servers. We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion request is fulfilled.
