Raavi Aggarwal

Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Plaksha University, Mohali, India. I am also a Research Fellow at the World Inequality Lab, Paris School of Economics and Visiting Scientist at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, Germany. I co-lead the Climate Policies for Development (CPfD) Programme, EfD Initiative. I hold a PhD in Economics from the Technical University, Berlin, Germany.

My areas of research include economic impacts of climate change, climate change mitigation and design of carbon pricing policies for households and firms in low- and middle-income countries, with a focus on India and Sub-Saharan Africa.
