* Special Discount in the registration fees will be offered to IAESTE membership students and participants belonging to SAARC countries. To avail the special discount please write an email to raamc.mitblr@manipal.edu

* The conference registration fee includes abstract presentation and food during the conference. 

Note:

1.  Accommodation will be provided in MIT Bengaluru hostels (against payment) based on the availability. Further, there is also a provision for accompanying person and for more details regarding accommodation please feel free to contact Dr. Prasanna Poojary (poojary.prasann@manipal.edu; Mobile: +(91) 9535622029).

2. The registration is complete only after the successful payment of the registration fees. For participants from abroad, an invoice will be generated in your name and will be sent to you along with MAHE bank account details to complete the registration process. Please write to us at raamc.mitblr@manipal.edu for the invoice with your details.

* Only international participants can choose to present in a hybrid mode. But we'd like to meet people from other countries in person.

* Students/Research Scholars without any financial support can request through email for free registration or accommodation.
