- Operational Data: We store task assignments, daily attendance check-ins, leave requests, and read receipts to facilitate internal company operations.

Our application utilizes Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to securely authenticate employees and store operational records. Data is transmitted securely using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
3. Use of Data
RaamBow Tech uses the collected data for:
- Providing employee authentication and access control.
- Managing workplace task assignments and project tracking.
- Processing leave requests and attendance records.
- Maintaining internal company communications and compliance.

The security of your data is important to us. Access to company data is strictly restricted to authorized employees and executive management (CEO & MD). We implement strict credential confidentiality and monitoring.
