Each contributed presentation is given 20min (of which 5 min for Q&A part). Similarly, each minisymposium presentation is given 30min (of which 5 min for Q&A part). All participants are requested to honor the timelines.
As such there is no prescribed format for preparing the presentation files. Participants are advised to use the templates of their choice.
No participant is required to submit a full-length version of his/her submission at this stage for consideration for journals/proceedings. After the completion of the event – as advised by a committee - we will approach some of the authors requesting them to submit their full-length papers. Such submissions will then be subject to the peer review process as mandated by the journals/proceedings.
When on campus, the participants are requested to maintain professional decency to ensure that no disturbance is caused to the campus community/fellow-participants.
We had to spend an enormous amount of time towards scheduling 500+ presentations by considering several factors and constraints. We fear now that a small disturbance in one session may have a cascading effect on several sessions. We request you not to ask for a session/date/time change.
A 24×7 hospital facility and a medical shop are available on campus. However, medical services are provided on a chargeable basis
We kindly request all participants to adhere to the scheduled timings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Requests for meals beyond the stipulated timings may be difficult to accommodate.
Kindly preserve food coupons (to be provided along with the conference kit) carefully. If you lose your food coupons, you will be required to pay the Guest House/Hostel directly for your meals. RAAM-2026 will not be responsible for these expenses.
Due to the large number of registrations, there may be long queues at the food courts and the hostel mess. We kindly request all participants to maintain the queue and cooperate to ensure a smooth and orderly dining experience.
