Provision of Technical Assistance


This procedure starts from the receipt of OPB/Directive from Top Management (Categories A & B)/ Letter-Request (Category C) up to the actual provision of the Technical Assistance or issuance of Letter-Reply for disapproved requests and administration of Customer Satisfaction Survey and Post-Training Evaluation.

CATEGORY B | Forum/Symposium/Summit/Conferences 

CATEGORY C | Demand-driven Technical Assistance
