How to order:

STEP 1: REQUIREMENTS

Browse China's online e-commerce platforms, such as Taobao / Tmall / JD.com.

Find your ideal sellers’ info & products through social media, e.g., Reddit, Instagram, TikTok.

Copy the product link or name/shop’s link/PI and paste it into the search bar (or just copy the link/PI shared by your friend). Click “Search” and turn to the next page.

STEP 2: SUBMIT ORDER

You can directly select the color, size, and quantity, add special remark and click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”.

STEP 3: CONFIRM ORDER

Please select the destination country. The items you purchased will first arrive at the pandabuy warehouse, you can view them in [Personal Center - Warehouse], after products arrive, you can submit an international package order and fill in the detailed address.

If you want to see more detailed pics than QC photos, just select Extra photo, then submit the order.

STEP 4: PAY FOR THE ITEMS

Select Country and choose a payment method and pay for the item and the Chinese local shipping fee.

Payment Methods: PayPal, Credit Cards, Alipay Plus, Stripe, UnionPay, Alipay, Wise and so on.

STEP 5: PANDABUY PURCHASE

Once the order confirmation is completed, your order will be processed within 6 working hours. Our agent will contact the seller and purchase your items. Then, we wait for the seller to ship the items to us. The shipping duration is around 3 to 5 working days.

During order purchasing process, you will be notified via internal message once any issue occurs. i.e. some information is needed to be completed by you.

STEP 6: PANDABUY INSPECTION AND STORAGE

Pandabuy would offer top-notch quality checks for you, you can view them in [Personal Center - Warehouse] once it is stored.

If you accept the product, Pandabuy will keep the product in warehouse for you, if not, agent team will help you negotiate with the seller to process return and exchange.

When your items arrive at the Pandabuy warehouse, we will take good care of your products 90 days for free, and you can combine all your items and ship them in one parcel to save shipping fees.

STEP 7: SUBMIT FOR DELIVERY

When you see your items indicated with the status 'Stored', you need to visit 'Warehouse', select item and click "submit" to arrange the international delivery, including entering the overseas address, choosing package details, selecting a shipping method, starting declare and paying the international shipping fee.

STEP 8: PAY THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE

Select payment method for the international shipping fee.

The international shipping fee is calculated according to the product’s estimated weight, the selected shipment method, and the destination.

STEP 9: DELIVERY AND REWARD

We will pack your items and send out your package carefully and properly after you have submitted the delivery order.

You can check the tracking number, track your package and follow its shipping progress on the “Parcel” page.

You can share experiences and apply reward after you have received the parcel.
