Implementation of QA/QC plan based on quality management system, Method Statements and Project Specifications
Conduct Quality Checks & Audits, including Subcontractors and Suppliers and raise Non-Conformance against deviations
Daily inspections of construction activities reinforcement checking, concreting works, water proofing, pipe laying, Field density test (FDT) etc. and ensuring it is same as in approved shop drawing and on site
Daily inspection of materials delivered and material testing such as slump tests and cube preparation for Compressive strength of concrete, FDT on soils etc.
Maintain all QA/QC records/documents like Inspection requests, Material inspections, Method statements, Non Conformance Reports, Site observations, Calibration certificates, Test certificates, Test reports for concrete and soil, FDT etc.
Assisting in developing Method statements for construction activities, Inspection test plan, Checklists, and preparing Material approval submittals based on project specifications

Supervision and monitoring the site labor force and work of sub-contractors, liaising with consultants, planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines
Lead a team of diverse professionals, including surveyors, technicians, supervisor, labors etc. for various construction activities, setting out and execution of work in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements and technical specifications keeping in view quality & safety
Construction and testing of manholes & pipe laying for underground utilities including road embankment (sub-base and base course) and asphalt laying
Assisting technical department in preparation of shop drawings, pipe clash detection & resolution, As-Built drawings, MEP Coordination, preparation of progress drawings and reports, work records as required

Mayasem is a landmark township developed by Shamayel United Development Company in an area of 160 hectares located in north of Jeddah in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Initial Phase (1 & 2) involves infrastructural works and costs 300 Million Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR).
Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is executing all infrastructural works, scope of work includes construction of underground utilities like storm water, sewer, electrical, telecom, irrigation, potable water & fire networks (Manhole/Chamber construction and pipe laying) testing and commissioning & final handover, along with road works including asphalt. Other works includes streetlight (cable & pole installation), kerbstone laying, lagoon construction, sewer lifting station and irrigation & fire pump stations.

King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is one of the Kingdom's most ambitious and distinguished projects. It consists of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square metres providing more than 3 million square metres of space for various uses, 62,000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12,000 residents. The KAFD master plan is designed by Danish Architects Henning Larsen and the project is estimated to cost 29 billion Saudi riyals ($7.8 billion).
Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is executing two towers (Parcel: 4.10 & 4.11) of KAFD. Scope of works include structure, finishes, Landscaping, External cladding, MEP, testing and commissioning and final handover. The towers consisting of 5 basements + 2 retail floors + residential and commercial towers of various heights (upto 23 floors) with unique features as Sky Bridge etc. Total area of construction is 1.32 million Sft.
