• Images you capture or upload for identification

• Documents you upload for AI analysis

• Messages sent to our support email

Image Identification

When you use our image identifier agents (insects, plants, cars, birds, etc.), your photos are processed to provide identification results. Images are sent securely to our AI servers for analysis.

We DO NOT collect:

• Your name, phone number, email, or account login

• Contacts, photo library, or personal files beyond what you voluntarily upload

• Precise GPS location

• Any financial or payment details

• Browsing history or data from other apps

We do not create or store user accounts. All your chat history and identification records are stored locally on your device and belong entirely to you.

3. How We Use Your Information

When you send a message or image to our AI:

→ Your text or image is securely sent to our AI engine

→ The AI generates a response (chat reply, identification result, agent assistance)

→ The data is deleted automatically from our servers within seconds after processing

→ We never store, sell, or re-use your conversation data

Your messages and images are used only to generate the AI response you requested.

4. Local Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Chat conversation history

• Image identification history

• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly send a message or image for AI processing. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

We use trusted AI partners (via OpenRouter) to generate responses and image analysis.

These providers are contractually prohibited from:

• Storing your messages or images

• Training their models on your data

• Sharing or selling any information

All requests are encrypted end-to-end.

6. In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and payments are processed exclusively by Apple's App Store.

We use RevenueCat only to manage subscription status. RevenueCat cannot see or access your payment information.

7. Analytics & Tracking

To improve app performance, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not collect personal information.

We do NOT use:

• Advertising tracking

• Third-party marketing trackers

8. Data Retention

• Messages and images sent to AI servers are automatically deleted after processing

• We do not store your conversations or images on our servers

• All chat history is stored only on your device

• Support emails are kept only long enough to respond, then permanently removed

9. Children's Privacy

Qyntix Agent Chatbot is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

10. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect all transmitted data. Your messages and images are never shared or sold.

11. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Delete the app (all data stored on your device is removed)

• Clear chat history within the app

• Contact us to delete support messages

• Decline optional analytics

• Choose not to upload images or documents
