Q. Can Qwift be used without Masterpanel?

A. Unfortunately no, Qwift require a back office system to manage the master data, without master data feeding from Masterpanel Qwift is only just an empty app. Furthermore, process data especially transactions and orders will need to uploaded to Masterpanel in order to share across all registered device.

Q. I would like to know more about the license.

A. The basic license will include all typical Point Of Sales system features, but exclude all features related to table and order which only need by Food & Beverage business. To include the table and order features, the extended license will need to be purchased. Both license are device based, single license only allow the access on a single device, and both basic license and extended license are monthly or annual subscription.

Q. What if my device having issue, and I need to switch to another device?

A. Please inform us about the exchange of the device, together with the license serial number. The license serial number can be obtained from license page in the app, please remember to write it down. After the attached device to the specified license serial number has been reset, simply startup Qwift or Qwiftor on the new device, and that device will be assigned to the license automatically during app startup.
