This is the Privacy Policy for Qutiee App ("Qutiee", "we", "Service", or "our"). In this Privacy Policy, we refer to our products and services as the "Service". We take your privacy very seriously and want you to understand our practices in collecting, using, and sharing your data. Unless we specify otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service. We take our users' privacy very seriously and make efforts to protect it so that you can fully trust them and focus on building meaningful connections.
2. Data We Collect
We process personal data that you provide to us as a user of our products, such as through the use of our products and personal data that users provide to us ("Data"). We collect information generated when you use our services, such as access logs. We also automatically collect usage-related data, such as information about your device and which parts of our services you interact with or spend time using them.

Third-party usage analytics tools: We use tools provided by Firebase, operated by Google, for usage analytics in our Services.
Crash detection tools: We collect crash detection through Firebase to help maintain and improve the Services. All crash data is collected anonymously.

When you voluntarily share information with other users, please be careful with your information and make sure that what you share is what you would like to be publicly viewed, because once you share information, neither you nor we can control what others do with your information.

Create and manage your account and provide you with our services; provide you with customer support and respond to your requests; help you connect with other users; analyze your and other users' profiles to recommend meaningful connections; display users' profiles to each other;
Conduct research and analysis of user behavior to improve our services and content and develop new features and services;
Fight fraud or other illegal or unauthorized activity; ensure legal compliance and comply with legal requirements
Assist law enforcement; enforce or exercise our rights;

To provide you with our services: Most often, the reason we process your information is to perform the contract you have with us. For example, when you use our services to make meaningful connections, we use your information to maintain your account and profile, make it viewable to other users, and recommend other users to you.
6. Your Rights
You have certain rights when using our Services, including the ability to opt out of cookies and the collection of your data by certain analytics providers. You can update or terminate your account in our Services or make a personal rights request regarding your personal data by contacting us.
Device permissions: Mobile platforms have a permission system for certain types of device data and notifications. You can change the settings on your device to agree or object to the collection of that information. Please note that by doing so, some Services may lose full functionality.
Delete: You can delete your account directly on the Service using the corresponding function or delete your account through our website.
i) Delete your account in the app: click on the "My" page - click on 'Settings' - click on "Delete Account" - confirm deletion;
ii) Delete your account through the website [https://sites.google.com/view/qutiee], click "Delete Account" at the top of the page, enter the "Delete Account" page, enter your user ID, get the verification code in the app, and enter the verification code on the web page to complete the verification, and then delete the account; When deleting an account on the website, we need to confirm your identity, and the verification code is the only way for us to confirm your identity and prove that the account belongs to you;
We may not be able to meet certain requests to object to the processing of personal information, especially when such requests do not allow us to provide services to you. For example, if we do not have your date of birth, we cannot provide services.
7. Children's Policy
Our services are limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. No user under the age of 18 is allowed to use our platform. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, please do not use our services;
We also do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child, minor, or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal data, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete their profile information from our services. We may retain basic account and profile information to ensure that you do not try to circumvent our child policy rules by creating a new profile.
8. Data Security
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law.
We are committed to protecting you from the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. However, like all technology companies, despite the measures we take to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will always be secure. Your password is an important part of our security system and it is your responsibility to protect it.
If you believe your password or account has been compromised, you should change it immediately and contact qutiee.userd.service@proton.me to resolve any issues.
We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and if we suspect or discover any security breaches, we may suspend your use of all or part of the Services without prior notice.
9. Data Transfer Policy
In order to provide you with services, we must transfer your data to our servers and process them there. By accessing or using our services, you agree to have your data stored on the servers.
10. Policy Changes
As features are adjusted or added, this policy needs to be changed based on the actual features. You agree to review this policy at any time to learn about the latest changes. If you continue to use our products or services after the policy changes, it means that you agree to Qutiee's privacy policy.
