The Qur'an and Sunnah Studies Students' Association (QUSSA) is a student-led body under the Department of Quran and Sunnah Studies (RKQS), IIUM. It was established in 2021 due to dissolution of Islamic Revealed Knowledg Students' Association (ISRAK) into three IRK departmental students' societies.
All registered RKQS undergraduate students are automatically recognised as ordinary members of QUSSA. As to strengthen the bond between students, academics, and the Department, QUSSA serves as a platform for student engagement, leadership development, and academic as well as spiritual enrichment.
QUSSA organizes various programs and activities throughout the year, ranging from academic talks, seminars, and workshops, to community outreach, welfare initiatives, and social events. These activities are designed to nurture well-rounded students who embody the values of knowledge (‘ilm), service (‘amal), and leadership (qiyādah).
