At Qurbani Connect, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
We collect personal information that you provide to us when you register on the app or use our services:
Identity Information: Full name, Profession, and National ID (NID) number.
Contact Information: Mobile phone number (used for OTP verification).
Verification Documents: Images of your NID card (stored securely for admin-only verification).
Location Data: Real-time or approximate geolocation to connect you with nearby Qurbani sharers and local markets.
Multimedia Content: Photos of animals you upload for sale in the marketplace.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our "Shorik Alerts" and Group requests.
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests:
User Trust & Safety: To verify identities through NID checking to prevent fraud in Qurbani groups.
Geographic Matching: To display alerts and markets relevant to your district and current location.
Service Communication: To send OTPs for login and important administrative alerts.
Group Management: To facilitate communication between users who wish to share a Qurbani animal.
Public Visibility: Your name, profession, and location are visible to other users when you post a "Shorik Alert".
Secure Data: Your NID number and NID photos are NEVER shared with other users. Only the authorized Admin can view these for verification.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do NOT sell or trade your personal data to any marketing agencies. We only use secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/Google) to store your data.
Qurbani Connect is a matching platform only. We do NOT process any financial payments within the app. Any money transferred between sharers is done at their own risk. We strongly advise users to verify profiles before any transaction.
We keep your information as long as you have an active account. Under Google Play Store policy, you have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.
To Delete: Go to Profile > Security & Privacy > Request Data Deletion.
Processing Time: All your data (including NID photos and logs) will be permanently purged from our servers within 24 hours of your request.

কোরবানি কানেক্ট অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করার সময় আমরা আপনার থেকে নিচের তথ্যগুলো সংগ্রহ করি:
পরিচয়পত্র: পূর্ণ নাম, পেশা এবং জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID) নম্বর।
যোগাযোগ: মোবাইল নম্বর (ওটিপি যাচাইয়ের জন্য)।
ভেরিফিকেশন নথি: আপনার এনআইডি কার্ডের ছবি (শুধুমাত্র এডমিন প্যানেলের জন্য)।
লোকেশন: কাছাকাছি শরীক এবং হাট খুঁজে পেতে আপনার বর্তমান অবস্থান।
মাল্টিমিডিয়া: আপনার আপলোড করা পশুর ছবি।
আপনার তথ্যগুলো আমরা নিচের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করি:
নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকরণ: এনআইডি ভেরিফিকেশনের মাধ্যমে প্রতারণা রোধ এবং একটি নিরাপদ কমিউনিটি তৈরি করা।
লোকেশন ভিত্তিক সেবা: আপনার জেলা বা এলাকার প্রাসঙ্গিক শরীক এলার্ট এবং পশুর হাট প্রদর্শন করা।
যোগাযোগ: ওটিপি এবং অ্যাপের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানো।
জনসমক্ষে প্রদর্শন: আপনি যখন "শরীক এলার্ট" দিবেন, তখন আপনার নাম এবং লোকেশন অন্য ইউজাররা দেখতে পারবে।
সুরক্ষিত তথ্য: আপনার এনআইডি নম্বর এবং ছবি কোনো ইউজারের কাছে প্রকাশ করা হয় না। এটি সম্পূর্ণ এনক্রিপ্টেড অবস্থায় থাকে।
থার্ড-পার্টি: আমরা কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন সংস্থার কাছে আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
কোরবানি কানেক্ট শুধুমাত্র শরীকদের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করিয়ে দেওয়ার একটি মাধ্যম। অ্যাপের ভেতরে কোনো প্রকার আর্থিক লেনদেন করা হয় না। শরীকদের মধ্যে টাকা-পয়সা লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কোনো দায়ভার গ্রহণ করি না। লেনদেনের আগে শরীকদের সত্যতা যাচাই করে নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
গুগল প্লে-স্টোরের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার ডাটা ডিলিট করার অধিকার রাখেন।
ডিলিট করার নিয়ম: প্রোফাইল > নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তা > ডাটা ডিলিট করার অনুরোধ পাঠান।
সময়সীমা: আপনার অনুরোধ পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার সকল তথ্য সার্ভার থেকে চিরতরে মুছে ফেলা হবে।
