anonymized or pseudonymous identifiers needed to validate access.

We do not need an account to provide the current version of Quran Gate.

We do not intentionally collect:
account passwords, because there is currently no account system;

Quran Gate includes religious content, but we do not use the app to infer or profile your religious beliefs beyond what is inherent in your voluntary use of the app itself.

You are responsible for how you use Quran Gate.
You understand and agree that:
Quran Gate is a user-controlled tool;
you are responsible for the settings you enable;
certain features may limit or delay access to selected apps or functions based on your own configuration;
you are responsible for ensuring the app is suitable for your own circumstances.
You should not rely on Quran Gate in situations where uninterrupted device access is necessary for safety, work, caregiving, health, emergency response, travel, or legal obligations.
We do not guarantee that Quran Gate will improve focus, reduce screen time, increase Quran reading consistency, or produce any specific spiritual, behavioral, personal, or productivity outcome.
Results vary by user.
Some features of Quran Gate may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal;
billing is handled through Apple or the applicable app marketplace;
prices, available plans, and trial offers may change;
you are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms presented at checkout;
you can manage or cancel your subscription through your platform account settings.
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform through which you purchased.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quran Gate for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as permitted by law;

Quran Gate may include Quran text, translations, recitations, explanations, reminders, or study-related features. While we aim for accuracy and respectful presentation, we do not warrant that all content will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every interpretive preference, school of thought, language, or scholarly use case.
Quran Gate is not a substitute for qualified religious scholarship, pastoral guidance, or legal advice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Quran Gate at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, OS version, region, or third-party service.
Quran Gate may rely on third-party providers and platform services, including Apple, Firebase, and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Quran Gate if:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quran Gate is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebel Pals Software Trading LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, device access, or productivity, arising out of or related to your use of Quran Gate.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for Quran Gate during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you have not made any payment, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Pals Software Trading LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
