• Application (App) means the software program provided by the Developer used by You on any electronic device, named QURAN Complete (package identifier: com.rxai.quran).

• Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Md Sohail Rana, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone, tablet, or digital media player.

To provide functional offline stability, the Application requests only standard native device permissions. These are processed locally on your device:

• Storage / Media / Files Access: Required solely to download, save, and play offline Quranic text translations, custom display fonts, and audio recitation files (.mp3) locally on your device storage.

• Internet Connectivity: Required to stream audio recitations on-demand and check for core app updates.

• Anonymized System Data: The app may utilize underlying tools like Google Play Services or Firebase infrastructure solely to track system crashes and app performance metrics anonymously. No identity matching is performed.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application may interact with trusted third-party SDKs strictly for stability, framework compilation, and distribution infrastructure under their respective privacy rules:

• Google Play Services

• Firebase Crashlytics / Realtime Database

5. Data Retention & Policy Enforcement

Since we do not collect personal identification records, profiles, or location metrics, we have no personal data repository to retain, sell, lease, or share with external ad brokers or syndicates. Your local bookmark settings and preferences stay entirely on your physical device.
