The decision to use markers for this project stemmed from their ability to capture the vibrancy and subtlety of nature. Starting with light sketches to outline the shape and form, I gradually layered colors to bring out the depth and details.
Special attention was given to:
Texture: The intricate patterns of the bark and the delicate veins of the leaves.
Lighting: The way sunlight filtered through the branches, casting shadows and highlights.
Color Palette: A combination of earthy browns, lush greens, and hints of blues to represent the sky peeking through.
