Qunwei Li was born in Zhoushan, Zhejiang, China. He received the B. S. degree and Master's degree, both in Electrical Engineering from Xidian University, China, in 2011 and 2014 respectively, with academic excellence awards for consecutive years. Since 2014, he has been pursuing his PhD's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Syracuse University, NY, USA. He has been a Graduate Research Assistant with the Sensor Fusion Laboratory, Syracuse. He was a Graduate Research Intern in the Computational Engineering Division at Lawrence Livermore National Lab in Livermore, CA in summer 2017. He was awarded the Syracuse University Graduate Fellowship award for the academic years 2014-2016. He received the All University Doctoral Prize 2019 by Syracuse University for superior achievement in completed dissertations.
