Riche does not collect any personal information. No account creation, login, or registration is required.

2. Locally Stored Data

The app stores game progress, daily challenge streaks, hints, and settings preferences locally on your device only.

This data never leaves your device. You can delete it via "Reset Progress" in Settings or by uninstalling the app.

3. Advertising

Riche displays ads via Google AdMob (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos). AdMob may collect device identifiers,

IP address, general location, and device information. This data is processed by Google per their Privacy Policy

(policies.google.com/privacy). We do not have access to this data.

4. Ad Tracking and Consent

On iOS, the app requests permission via App Tracking Transparency before ad-related tracking. For EEA users, a GDPR

consent form is displayed for personalized advertising choices.

5. Notifications

The app may send local notifications for daily challenge reminders. These are generated on your device with no server

communication. Disable them in your device settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Riche is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Riche is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal

information to use the app.

Data we DO NOT collect:

- Name, email address, or phone number

- Photos, contacts, or messages

- Precise location data

- Payment or financial information

- Social media profiles or accounts

- Browsing history or search queries

Data stored LOCALLY on your device:

- Game progress (completed levels, stars earned, best move counts, best completion times)

- Daily challenge completion status and streak count

- Available hints balance

- User preferences (sound on/off, music on/off, haptic feedback on/off, selected language)

- Level unlock progression for each game mode (Colors and Shapes)

This data is stored using AsyncStorage technology directly on your device. It is never uploaded to any server, cloud

service, or third-party platform. We cannot access, view, or retrieve this data. If you uninstall the app or use the

"Reset Progress" function in Settings, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

Section 3 : Advertising

Riche is a free-to-play application that relies on advertising revenue to support ongoing development and maintenance.

We use Google AdMob, a mobile advertising platform operated by Google LLC, to display advertisements within the app.

Types of ads displayed in Riche:

Banner Ads — Small advertisements displayed at the bottom of various screens including the home screen, level

selection, gameplay screen, daily challenge, and leaderboard. These ads are always visible and do not interrupt

gameplay.

Interstitial Ads — Full-screen advertisements that appear at natural transition points, such as after completing a

level or returning to the main menu. These ads can be dismissed after a few seconds.

Rewarded Video Ads — Optional full-screen video advertisements that you can choose to watch voluntarily in exchange

for in-game rewards, such as earning an additional star on a completed level. You are never required to watch these

ads.

Information that Google AdMob may collect:

When ads are displayed, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain technical information from your device,

including:

- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS)

- IP address (used to determine general geographic region, not precise location)

- Device information (manufacturer, model, operating system version, screen size)

- App usage information related to ad interactions (impressions, clicks, video completion)

- General location at the country or region level based on IP address

- Mobile network information

- The app functions identically regardless of your choice

You can update your consent preferences at any time by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings.

For users on iOS (App Tracking Transparency):

On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple requires apps to request your permission before tracking your activity across other

companies' apps and websites. When prompted, you may:

- Allow tracking, enabling personalized ad delivery

- Ask App Not to Track, in which case only non-personalized ads will be shown

- We do not use push notification services that require server communication

- Notifications do not contain any advertising content

Riche is a Montessori-inspired educational puzzle game designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages. We take

children's privacy seriously.

- There are no social features, chat functions, or user-to-user communication
