There is no denying the fact that education is one of the sectors who suffered a lot in the pandemic. When the entire system was trying to keep children somehow engage, we took a step forward in guidance of DEO ma’am to ensure not only engagement but also providing grade appropriate and outcome based teaching which is also a prime agenda of NEP. For this, QUIZATHON initiative was taken. This team (initially not so large) adopted changes, learned and explored very fast. Most of our team members learned how to make Google form, how to develop questionnaire keeping ITEM terminology in mind, etc was required to make this initiative not only successful but also impactful.

In this journey, Sri Kartik Tiwari with two strong hands as Srikant Jaiswal for secondary and Shweta Sharma for elementary lead the team and prepared a good and strong bench strength for future as well. At last, I would like to thank all the members of QUIZATHON for their contribution in it. Hira Pathak from Bharti Foundation, Awadhesh Singh (HM Kothia school), Sujit Kumar, Amit Sinha from IT team and especially our scholar- teachers who were part of it.
