L'applicazione Quiz Revisione Patente e CQC è sviluppata da Michele Lavarini ("lo Sviluppatore") e distribuita tramite Google Play Store e Apple App Store.

Questa pagina spiega, in modo semplice, quali informazioni vengono trattate quando usi l'App.

1. In breve

• L'App non ti chiede nome, email, numero di telefono o altri dati personali.

• L'App non ti chiede di registrarti né di creare un account.

• I tuoi risultati e le tue statistiche restano solo sul tuo telefono.

• L'App mostra pubblicità. Puoi scegliere tu se ricevere annunci personalizzati o non personalizzati, e puoi cambiare idea in qualsiasi momento.

• L'App è gratuita e non contiene acquisti in-app.

2. Dati raccolti e conservazione

L'App non raccoglie, non conserva e non trasmette dati personali identificativi (come nome, cognome, indirizzo email, numero di telefono o posizione precisa).

Tutti i progressi dei quiz, le statistiche per argomento e l'elenco degli errori sono salvati esclusivamente nella memoria locale del tuo dispositivo. Nessun dato relativo al tuo studio viene inviato a server esterni o allo Sviluppatore. Se disinstalli l'App o cancelli i suoi dati dalle impostazioni del telefono, quei dati vengono eliminati definitivamente.

In particolare, l'App non conosce e non chiede quale provvedimento di revisione ti riguardi, quale patente possiedi, quali violazioni hai commesso o presso quale Ufficio della Motorizzazione dovrai sostenere l'esame. La scelta del percorso d'esame all'interno dell'App è una semplice preferenza di studio, salvata sul dispositivo.

3. Pubblicità

L'App utilizza Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublino 4, Irlanda) per mostrare annunci pubblicitari. Gli annunci sono ciò che permette all'App di essere gratuita.

3.1 La tua scelta sul consenso

Al primo avvio, se ti trovi nello Spazio Economico Europeo o nel Regno Unito, l'App ti mostra un pannello di consenso gestito tramite Google User Messaging Platform, conforme al Transparency and Consent Framework di IAB Europe.

Se acconsenti, gli annunci possono essere personalizzati in base ai tuoi interessi. In questo caso Google e i suoi partner possono trattare l'identificatore pubblicitario del dispositivo (Advertising ID su Android, IDFA su iOS), l'indirizzo IP e dati sull'interazione con gli annunci. La base giuridica è il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR).

Se non acconsenti, vedrai solo annunci non personalizzati, selezionati in base al contesto e non ai tuoi interessi.

In entrambi i casi l'App funziona allo stesso modo, con tutte le funzioni disponibili. Non ci sono contenuti bloccati in base alla tua scelta.

Puoi modificare o revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell'App, alla voce "Preferenze annunci", che riapre il pannello di consenso.

Anche per servire annunci non personalizzati, Google tratta un numero limitato di informazioni tecniche — come l'indirizzo IP (in forma approssimativa, per determinare il Paese), il tipo di dispositivo e il nome dell'App — necessarie per consegnare l'annuncio, limitare quante volte lo vedi e prevenire le frodi.

Gli annunci sono filtrati per essere adatti a un pubblico adolescente e adulto (classificazione di contenuto "T").

3.2 Dispositivi iOS

Su iPhone e iPad, oltre al pannello di consenso, il sistema operativo ti mostra la richiesta prevista dall'App Tracking Transparency di Apple. Puoi negare l'autorizzazione: in tal caso l'identificatore pubblicitario non viene reso disponibile e gli annunci non saranno personalizzati. Puoi cambiare la scelta in ogni momento da Impostazioni → Privacy e sicurezza → Tracciamento.

3.3 Informazioni di Google

Lo Sviluppatore non ha accesso ai dati trattati da Google in forma individuale e non li conserva: riceve unicamente statistiche aggregate e anonime sul rendimento pubblicitario. Google può trasferire dati verso paesi terzi, inclusi gli Stati Uniti, sulla base delle garanzie previste dal Capo V del GDPR.

L'elenco aggiornato dei partner pubblicitari è consultabile all'interno del pannello di consenso mostrato dall'App.

4. Età degli utenti

L'App è destinata a chi deve sostenere l'esame di revisione della patente di guida o della carta di qualificazione del conducente (CQC), cioè a persone che sono già titolari di un titolo abilitativo alla guida.

Il titolo che si consegue all'età più bassa fra quelli coperti dall'App è la patente A1, conseguibile a partire dai 16 anni. L'App non è quindi destinata a minori di 16 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati riferibili a tali soggetti.

In Italia, ai sensi dell'art. 2-quinquies del D.Lgs. 196/2003, il minore che ha compiuto 14 anni può esprimere validamente il consenso al trattamento dei propri dati personali in relazione ai servizi della società dell'informazione. Gli utenti dell'App, avendo almeno 16 anni, possono quindi esprimere autonomamente la scelta sul consenso pubblicitario descritta al punto 3.

L'App non contiene chat, messaggistica, contenuti generati dagli utenti, funzioni social, link esterni non necessari, né acquisti in-app.

5. Fonte dei contenuti e indipendenza

5.1 Struttura dell'App

L'App copre sei dei sette percorsi d'esame di revisione previsti dall'art. 1, comma 2, del Decreto del Ministro delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti 15 febbraio 2016 (Gazzetta Ufficiale Serie Generale n. 92 del 20 aprile 2016, atto 16A03048): patenti A1, A2, A, B1, B, BE; patenti C1 e C1E con codice unionale 97; patenti C1, C1E, C, CE; patenti D1, D1E, D, DE; CQC per il trasporto di merci; CQC per il trasporto di persone. Per ciascun percorso, la simulazione d'esame riproduce il numero di quesiti, la durata e la soglia di errori stabiliti dal decreto.

Non è coperta la revisione della patente di categoria AM (lettera a del decreto): il suo programma coincide di fatto con l'intero listato di conseguimento AM, per il quale esiste già un'applicazione dedicata dello stesso Sviluppatore.

Nel complesso l'App contiene 14.660 affermazioni vero/falso, raggruppate in 6.011 quesiti e organizzate in 49 argomenti.

5.2 Origine delle domande

Le domande e le figure provengono dai listati ministeriali per il conseguimento dei titoli corrispondenti, che il Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti pubblica liberamente sul Portale dell'Automobilista: il listato delle patenti A1, A2, A, B1, B, B con codice 96 e BE, quello delle patenti superiori e quello della qualificazione CQC.

Per la CQC la versione digitale utilizzata dallo Sviluppatore non è stata estratta direttamente dal documento pubblicato sul Portale, ma da una raccolta pubblica di terze parti dello stesso listato ministeriale.

5.3 Come sono state selezionate le domande

L'Allegato 1 al decreto sopra citato stabilisce, per ciascuno dei sette percorsi, l'elenco delle materie su cui verte l'esame di revisione. Per ogni percorso l'App seleziona, dalle banche dati ministeriali, gli argomenti che corrispondono a quelle materie.

Questa corrispondenza è una ricostruzione fatta dallo Sviluppatore leggendo il testo dell'Allegato 1: il Ministero non pubblica la corrispondenza fra il programma d'esame di revisione e la numerazione degli argomenti dei listati di conseguimento. La selezione è quindi una scelta ragionata, non una classificazione ufficiale, ed è stata effettuata a livello di argomento intero, senza suddividere i singoli quesiti.

L'App non riproduce e non può riprodurre la banca dati specifica che il Ministero utilizza per gli esami di revisione, la quale non è pubblicata.

5.4 Assenza di affiliazione

Questa applicazione è un progetto privato e indipendente. Lo Sviluppatore non rappresenta il Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, la Motorizzazione Civile, le autoscuole o altri enti pubblici. Non esiste alcun rapporto di affiliazione, collaborazione, autorizzazione o patrocinio con tali enti. L'App non è un canale ufficiale per prenotare esami, presentare istanze di revisione o ottenere documenti.

6. Esclusione di responsabilità

I contenuti dell'App sono forniti a scopo puramente didattico.

Lo Sviluppatore si impegna a mantenere le domande allineate ai listati ministeriali, ma non può garantire l'esattezza totale delle risposte né l'aggiornamento immediato rispetto a modifiche normative o a nuove versioni dei listati pubblicate dal Ministero.

La selezione degli argomenti per ciascun percorso, descritta al punto 5.3, è una ricostruzione: l'esame reale potrebbe vertere su materie diverse da quelle proposte dall'App, o non comprenderne alcune.

L'App non determina quale percorso d'esame ti riguardi. Quale programma si applichi dipende dalle categorie contenute nella tua patente e dal provvedimento che ti è stato notificato, secondo i criteri stabiliti dalla circolare del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti prot. 673 dell'11 gennaio 2017. Per il tuo caso specifico fa fede quanto indicato dall'Ufficio della Motorizzazione Civile competente.

Fare bene le simulazioni nell'App non garantisce il superamento dell'esame reale. L'esame ufficiale si svolge presso gli Uffici della Motorizzazione Civile secondo le modalità stabilite dal Ministero, e lo Sviluppatore non ha alcun ruolo nel suo svolgimento o nel suo esito. L'esito negativo dell'esame di revisione comporta conseguenze stabilite dalla legge sulla validità del titolo posseduto.

Si declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni, diretti o indiretti, derivanti dall'uso delle informazioni contenute nell'App.

7. I tuoi diritti e le tue scelte

Cancellare i tuoi dati

Disinstalla l'App, oppure cancella i dati dell'App dalle impostazioni del telefono. Non serve contattare lo Sviluppatore, perché i dati non sono in suo possesso.

Preferenze pubblicitarie

Trovi la voce "Preferenze annunci" nelle impostazioni dell'App: da lì puoi riaprire il pannello di consenso e cambiare la tua scelta in qualsiasi momento. Su iOS puoi inoltre modificare l'autorizzazione al tracciamento dalle impostazioni di sistema.

Diritti previsti dal GDPR

In qualità di interessato hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione (artt. 15-22 del Regolamento UE 2016/679), oltre al diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudizio per la liceità del trattamento effettuato prima della revoca.

Poiché l'App non raccoglie dati personali, non esistono archivi da consultare, correggere o cancellare presso lo Sviluppatore: ai sensi dell'art. 11 GDPR, lo Sviluppatore non è in grado di identificarti e potrebbe non poter dare seguito ad alcune richieste senza informazioni aggiuntive fornite da te. Per i dati trattati da Google in qualità di titolare autonomo, le richieste vanno rivolte direttamente a Google tramite i canali indicati nella sua informativa.

The Quiz Revisione Patente e CQC app is developed by Michele Lavarini ("the Developer") and distributed via the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

This page explains, in plain language, what information is handled when you use the App.

1. Summary

• The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal data.

• The App does not require registration or an account.

• Your results and statistics stay on your device only.

• The App shows ads. You choose whether to receive personalised or non-personalised ads, and you can change your mind at any time.

• The App is free and contains no in-app purchases.

2. Data collection and storage

The App does not collect, store or transmit personally identifiable information (such as name, surname, email address, phone number or precise location).

All quiz progress, per-topic statistics and error logs are stored solely in your device's local memory. No study-related data is sent to external servers or to the Developer. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data from your device settings, permanently deletes that data.

In particular, the App neither knows nor asks which review order concerns you, which licence you hold, which offences you committed, or at which Motorizzazione Civile office you will sit the exam. Choosing an exam track inside the App is simply a study preference, stored on the device.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to display advertising. Ads are what allow the App to be free.

3.1 Your consent choice

On first launch, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the App shows you a consent panel managed through Google User Messaging Platform, compliant with the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework.

If you consent, ads may be personalised based on your interests. In this case Google and its partners may process the device advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS), the IP address and ad interaction data. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

If you do not consent, you will only see non-personalised ads, selected contextually rather than based on your interests.

The App works identically either way, with all features available. No content is gated based on your choice.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the App settings, under "Preferenze annunci" (Ad preferences), which reopens the consent panel.

Even to serve non-personalised ads, Google still processes a limited set of technical information — such as the IP address (in coarse form, to determine the country), device type and App name — which is necessary to deliver the ad, cap how often you see it, and prevent fraud.

Ads are filtered to be suitable for a teen and adult audience ("T" content rating).

3.2 iOS devices

On iPhone and iPad, in addition to the consent panel, the operating system shows you Apple's App Tracking Transparency request. You may deny authorisation: in that case the advertising identifier is not made available and ads will not be personalised. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3.3 Google's information

The Developer has no access to the data processed by Google in individual form and does not retain it: the Developer receives only aggregated, anonymous statistics on ad performance. Google may transfer data to third countries, including the United States, on the basis of the safeguards provided under Chapter V of the GDPR.

4. User age

The App is intended for people who must sit the review exam for an Italian driving licence or for the driver qualification card (CQC) — that is, people who already hold a driving entitlement.

The lowest-age entitlement among those covered by the App is the A1 licence, which can be obtained from the age of 16. The App is therefore not directed at minors under 16 and does not knowingly collect data relating to them.

In Italy, under Art. 2-quinquies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, a minor who has reached the age of 14 may validly give consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to information society services. Users of the App, being at least 16, can therefore independently make the advertising consent choice described in section 3.

The App contains no chat, messaging, user-generated content, social features, unnecessary external links, or in-app purchases.

5. Content source and independence

5.1 Structure of the App

The App covers six of the seven review-exam tracks set out in Art. 1(2) of the Decree of the Italian Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of 15 February 2016 (Official Gazette, General Series no. 92 of 20 April 2016, act 16A03048): A1, A2, A, B1, B, BE licences; C1 and C1E licences with EU code 97; C1, C1E, C, CE licences; D1, D1E, D, DE licences; CQC for goods transport; CQC for passenger transport. For each track, the exam simulation reproduces the number of questions, the duration and the error threshold set by the decree.

The review exam for the AM category (letter a of the decree) is not covered: its programme effectively coincides with the whole AM question bank used for first-time licensing, for which the same Developer already offers a dedicated application.

In total the App contains 14,660 true/false statements, grouped into 6,011 question sets and organised into 49 topics.

5.2 Origin of the questions

The questions and figures come from the official ministerial question banks for obtaining the corresponding entitlements, which the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport publishes freely on the Portale dell'Automobilista: the bank for categories A1, A2, A, B1, B, B with code 96 and BE, the bank for the higher categories, and the CQC bank.

For the CQC, the digital version used by the Developer was not extracted directly from the document published on the Portale, but from a public third-party compilation of the same ministerial bank.

5.3 How the questions were selected

Annex 1 to the decree cited above sets out, for each of the seven tracks, the list of subjects covered by the review exam. For each track, the App selects from the ministerial question banks the topics corresponding to those subjects.

This correspondence is a reconstruction made by the Developer from the text of Annex 1: the Ministry does not publish any mapping between the review-exam programme and the topic numbering of the question banks used for first-time licensing. The selection is therefore a reasoned choice, not an official classification, and was made at the level of whole topics, without splitting individual question sets.

The App does not and cannot reproduce the specific database the Ministry uses for review exams, which is not published.

5.4 No affiliation

This application is an independent private project. The Developer does not represent the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the Motorizzazione Civile, driving schools, or any other public body. There is no affiliation, partnership, authorisation or sponsorship with such bodies. The App is not an official channel for booking exams, filing review applications or obtaining documents.

6. Disclaimer

The content of the App is provided for educational purposes only.

The Developer strives to keep the questions aligned with the official ministerial banks, but cannot guarantee total accuracy of the answers, nor immediate updates following regulatory changes or new versions of the banks published by the Ministry.

The selection of topics for each track, described in section 5.3, is a reconstruction: the real exam may cover subjects other than those offered by the App, or may not cover some of them.

The App does not determine which exam track applies to you. Which programme applies depends on the categories held on your licence and on the order served on you, according to the criteria set out in the circular of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, prot. 673 of 11 January 2017. For your specific case, what the competent Motorizzazione Civile office states prevails.

Performing well in the App's simulations does not guarantee passing the real exam. The official exam is administered by the Motorizzazione Civile offices according to procedures set by the Ministry, and the Developer plays no part in its administration or outcome. Failing the review exam entails consequences established by law for the validity of the entitlement held.

The Developer disclaims any liability for damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the information contained in the App.

7. Your rights and choices

Delete your data

Uninstall the App, or clear the App's data from your device settings. There is no need to contact the Developer, as the Developer does not hold this data.

Advertising preferences

You will find "Preferenze annunci" (Ad preferences) in the App settings: from there you can reopen the consent panel and change your choice at any time. On iOS you can also change the tracking authorisation from the system settings.

GDPR rights

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Since the App collects no personal data, there are no records held by the Developer to access, correct or erase: under Art. 11 GDPR, the Developer is unable to identify you and may not be able to act on certain requests without additional information provided by you. For data processed by Google as an independent controller, requests should be addressed directly to Google through the channels indicated in its privacy policy.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — www.garanteprivacy.it).
