Welcome to Quiz Masters (“the Game”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our mobile game, services, features, and content (“Services”). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 10 years old to play the Game. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Game creates a guest account automatically when you launch it.
You may optionally add a password to secure your account and access it from other devices.

all activity under your account

cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools

The Game may include virtual points, ratings (ELO), subjects, or other non-monetary features.
These items:
have no real-world value
cannot be sold or traded outside the Game
may change as part of balancing or updates
We reserve the right to adjust gameplay, progression, and virtual items at any time.
You agree to use the Game lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
attempt unauthorized access to servers or accounts
disrupt gameplay for others
We may remove content or restrict accounts if needed.
Your use of the Game is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
We collect:
username
optional password (if you choose account security)
gameplay analytics such as stats, ELO, and match history

We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted service
bug-free gameplay

You use the Game at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
data loss
account loss
gameplay interruptions
damages arising from your use of the Game
You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time.
