This privacy policy applies to the Quiz Arena app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by SSP Tech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is a paid/premium service offering in-app purchases and does not display advertisements.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Pages or screens of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those screens
- Your mobile device's operating system
The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.
The Service Provider does not require you to create an account or submit personally identifiable information to use the Application. Any information automatically collected is used solely to operate and improve the application.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely through Google Play Billing. SSP Tech does not collect, store, or process your payment information directly. All billing and payment data is handled by Google.

Third-Party Access
The Application does not share your personal information with third-party advertisers.
The Service Provider may disclose collected information only in the following limited circumstances:

- To investigate fraud or respond to a government request
- With trusted service providers acting on the Service Provider's behalf, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the information for independent purposes
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the Google Play Store.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains automatically collected data for as long as necessary to operate and improve the Application. If you wish to request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Application, please contact the Service Provider at admin@ssptech.net and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided
personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at admin@ssptech.net so appropriate action can be taken.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Application, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data the Service Provider holds about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
