How do I get started with QUIT?
Download the app, set your reason for quitting, and begin tracking your daily progress. You’ll see your streaks, urges, and milestones as you go.
Does QUIT give medical advice?
No. QUIT is a behavioral and motivational tool, not a medical program. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Where is my data stored?
All information you enter — including streaks, notes, and reflections — is stored locally on your device.
Nothing is uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.
Deleting the app permanently deletes your data.
Can I use QUIT if I’m still vaping?
Yes. QUIT is designed to help at every stage — whether you’re cutting down, taking a break, or fully quitting.
Is there a subscription fee?
QUIT offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans that unlock premium features, including advanced habit tracking, custom challenges, and progress insights.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Does QUIT guarantee results?
No app can guarantee results. QUIT helps you stay consistent and aware, but progress depends on your personal effort and circumstances. Using QUIT will not gaurantee results.
