QuitTrack (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a personal habit-recovery tracking app for cigarettes and alcohol. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

• User-entered data: streak start times, relapse history, trigger journal entries, mood check-ins, motivation notes, settings values (such as units/cost/currency), and progress/achievement data.

• Device/app data: basic diagnostics and crash/performance logs provided by platform tools for app stability.

• Advertising data (if ads are shown): ad-related device identifiers and contextual signals handled by Google Mobile Ads SDK according to Google policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use data to:

• run core app features (streaks, progress, milestones, achievements),

• save your preferences locally,

• improve reliability and user experience,

• display ads where applicable.

3. Data Storage

• Your tracking/journal/mood data is stored locally on your device using app storage.

• At this time, QuitTrack does not require account sign-in.

• If backup/sync features are introduced in future versions, this policy will be updated before rollout.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data.

• Data may be shared with service providers strictly to operate app components (e.g., ad serving, crash diagnostics), subject to their policies.

• We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Advertising

QuitTrack may show ads. Ad providers (such as Google) may process device-level advertising signals under their own privacy terms and applicable consent requirements.

6. Children’s Privacy

QuitTrack is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your Choices

You can:

• edit or delete your entries within the app,

• reset app data from Settings,

• manage ad/privacy preferences at device level where supported.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage/transmission is completely secure.

9. International Use

If you use QuitTrack outside your home country, your data may be processed under applicable local laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
