By using Quitter ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
The App
Quitter is a self-help tool designed to support habit change. It is NOT a medical device, therapy replacement, or clinical treatment. The app provides tracking, educational content, and
relaxation exercises for personal wellness purposes only.
Medical Disclaimer
Quitter does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any scores, analysis results, or insights shown in the app are for informational purposes only and should not be
interpreted as a medical or psychological assessment. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
Subscriptions
- Quitter offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly plans)
- A 7-day free trial is included with both plans
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after the trial ends
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Account
No account creation is required. All data is stored locally on your device.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, characters, and assets in Quitter are owned by us and protected by copyright.
Limitation of Liability
Quitter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the app, including but not limited to relapse, emotional distress, or unmet
expectations.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
