Frequently Asked Questions
My progress disappeared — what do I do? Make sure you're logged in to your account. Your data is synced to the cloud and will restore automatically when you sign in.
How do I restore my purchase? Open the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases".
How do I reset my quit date? Go to Settings and update your Quit Start Date, then tap Save Changes.
I relapsed — what now? It's okay. Open Settings and tap "I Relapsed" to reset your counter. Every attempt counts.

Data We Collect
Email address (for account creation)
App usage data (quit date, pouches per day, cost per can)
Purchase information (handled securely by Apple and RevenueCat)
How We Use Your Data Your data is used solely to provide the QuitPouch service — to sync your progress across devices and process purchases. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services We use the following services: Supabase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management). These services have their own privacy policies.
Data Deletion You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account.

By downloading or using QuitPouch, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Subscription QuitPouch offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription. The subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Free Trial If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Use of the App QuitPouch is intended to support users in reducing or quitting nicotine use. It is not a medical product and does not replace professional medical advice.
