By downloading or using SigaraQuit, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Use of the App
SigaraQuit provides educational content and tools to support quitting smoking. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
2. Subscriptions
SigaraQuit Premium is available as an auto-renewable weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3. Free Trial
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Content
All content is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
SigaraQuit is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
