Quirino, officially the Province of Quirino, is a landlocked province in the Philippines located in the Cagayan Valley region in Luzon. Its capital is Cabarroguis. It is named after Elpidio Quirino, the sixth President of the Philippines
It is the youngest Province in Cagayan Valley Region. The province is dubbed the "Forest Heartland of Cagayan". An off-the-beaten-track destination geared towards eco-adventurers, the tourist attractions in the province include waterfalls, rock formations, river gorges, whitewater rapids and limestone caves.
