• Read the paper on Multiple Sequence Alignment with Gibbs Sampling.
• Implementing the Gibbs Sampler for protein sequences.
• Implemented a Gibbs Sampler for peptide for a single alignment.
• Allowed for insertions and deletions within the Gibbs Sampler.
• Supplemented seqLogo plots.
• Implementing clustering algorithm.
• Modifying insertions and deletions algorithm to increase the flexibility of the length of the segment for each segment of the alignment.
